Thirty-five years ago, I walked into a meditation program feeling tentative because this was a new and very different experience for me. During my meditation, I had a profound experience of entering a space filled with love, life, and complete safety. This experience had such a positive effect on me that I knew it was the path for me. Since that day, I have been on a transformative journey with a regular meditation practice.
